Winners of the 2001 Student Writing Contest

— First Prize of $250: Amy Zanrosso (student at McGill University), The Baffling Binary Gigue published in the February 2002 issue of La Scena Musicale. The cash prize is sponsored by Naxos Canada.
— Second Prize: Ewelina Boczkowska (student at McGill University), Norrington versus Furwängler: Who resists the Ninth?, published in the May 2002 issue of La Scena Musicale.
A French or English jury, composed of specialists of music and literature, has evaluated the articles and decided on the winners. Congratulations to the winners and many thanks to all the students who entered the contest!
